| Mr.
Phalguni Mookhopadhayay, a man of rich experience, began his
career with Hindustan Lever as Management Trainee. Prior to
starting Brainware, he was the Senior Market Planner for Ananda
Bazar Patrika Ltd., one of the largest publication houses in
India. After putting in ten illustrious years with Ananda Bazar
Patrika, he decided to start his own venture and Brainware was
born. Way back in 1990, when Information Technology
was still in its nascent stage in India, Mr. Mookhopadhayay
realised that there was a phenomenal growth potential for
this industry. But avenues for learning computers in those
days were very limited and most of the time, not affordable
to the common man.
Thanks to Mr. Mookhopadhayay's innovative ideas and pioneering
efforts, computer education was soon within the common man's
reach. Under his able leadership, Brainware made rapid progress
- From Kolkata to the rest of Bengal - from Bengal to the
rest of India. By the end of the nineties, Brainware had already
established itself as a major name to reckon with in the field
of IT Training.
After having established Brainware as the leader in IT Education,
Mr. Mookhopadhayay shifted his focus to his other ambitious
plans. Brainware diversified into Software Development, Web
Services, Multimedia Solutions and BPO.
Today, Brainware is known as a complete IT Solutions provider,
with satisfied clients world-wide. Mr. Mookhopadhayay continues
to be the driving force behind all the achievements. Under
his dynamic leadership, Brainware is poised to scale greater
