of Placements
Qualification & Experience -
Preferably, MBA (HR) with 3-5 years experience in a reputed
placement consultancy. Candidates with good industry contacts
would be preferred.
Responsibilities -
1. Explore the existing client database and create placement
opportunities for Brainware
students.
2. Develop the client database by increasing the number of
placement clients.
3. Organize and supervise pre-placement grooming sessions
for students.
4. Organize campus interviews.
5. Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of student and
client database.
