Project Manager

You shall be leading a team of programmers and designers,
catering to the requirements of our international clients,
primarily from USA, Australia, Canada, Greece etc. You will
be working on time-bound projects. You should have hands-on
skills in PHP and MySQL and should have experience of 5-6
years as a web programmer / team leader. Ability to interact
independently with global clients shall be an added advantage.
You shall be based in Kolkata and operating from our Corporate
Office in Salt Lake, Sector V.

Website Programmer (Kolkata)
You will be required to develop web-based applications
for our international clients. You should be highly skilled
in using PHP and MySQL, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant
experience. You shall be based in Kolkata and operating from

You shall be part of the Web Services Team that caters
to the needs of clients from across the globe. You should
be skilled in website design using PhotoShop and conversion
of website design template into web page using HTML/CSS. Knowledge
of using DIV tag will be an added advantage. You shall be
based in Kolkata and operating from our Corporate Office in

You will be required to optimize websites belonging
to the organization as well as those of its clients. You should
be familiar with the latest site optimization techniques,
link exchange, e-mail marketing etc. 1-2 years relevant experience

Qualification & Experience -
Preferably, MBA (HR) with 3-5 years experience recruiting
IT professionals, in a reputed IT company or a placement consultancy.
Candidates with good industry contacts would be preferred.
Responsibilities -
1. Recruitment of IT / Web professionals for Brainware’s Web
Division.
2. Sourcing and maintaining candidate database through advertisements,
job portals and placement consultants.
3. Arranging and conducting interviews, short-list candidates
and arrange for offer letters
/ appointment letters.
4. Arrange for exit interviews.
