To work in an ITES company in a back office job, one should be computer literate with exposure to data manipulation, data conversion and database management techniques. To work for a Call Centre as a voice based support executive, one should be computer literate with excellent verbal communication skill in accent-neutral English. In addition, one should have the relevant academic / technical skills to work for a skill specific outsourcing company. E.g., to work for an LPO firm, one should ideally be a law graduate. |
