How much cost is involved in setting up a new centre?
Approx 6-8 lakh depending on the locality and size of the centre
 
What will be the monthly operating expenses of the centre?

Does Royalty include the cost of Course Material?
No. All course materials have to be purchased separately from HO.
 
What can be a proper location to set up a new centre?
Location of the proposed centre should be highly visible and well connected.
Ideally, the location should be near Schools, Colleges and other educational institutions.
 
How much area is required for a new set up?
It is recommended to have a carpet area of 1000-1200 sq. ft., preferably, an open space so that it can be designed and decorated according to our specifications.
The facility of toilet and drinking water should be available at the location.
 
What is the minimum number of staff members required at the beginning?
One Counsellor
One Marketing Executive
At least one Faculty member for each subject
At least one Lab Assistant for each subject
One Peon
One Placement Executive needs to be recruited after 6 months of starting the centre
For each subject taught at the centre, the faculty to student ratio should be at least 1:36
 
Who is responsible for recruitment and training of all staff members?
Brainware is responsible for initial recruitment and training
Subsequent recruitment will be responsibility of Business Partner
Brainware will train all members against a cost to be borne by Business Partner
 
How many computers are required at the beginning?
Initially, a centre requires at least 3 labs, each with 100 sq. ft. area
At least 4 computers in each lab would be required in the beginning
One computer with TFT monitor at the Reception
One computer for Back Office
The student to computer ratio for each lab should be at least 25:1
