| 'Learning by Doing' is the simple philosophy behind Brainware’s unique Blended Learning Methodology. The proportionate combination of theoretical and practical sessions is aptly complemented by regular workshops and seminars on industry trends and emerging technologies. |

| To inculcate the habit of self-learning, the students are also provided with a number of Learning CDs, developed by Brainware's Multimedia Division. |

| Students enrolled in the PG Diploma and career courses are groomed to become professionals through Brainware's indigenous Career Development Programme. The CDP sessions are aimed at making the students job-ready by imparting specialised training on CV writing skills, interview skills, body language & etiquettes, basic written and verbal communication skills and many other soft skills that are essential for them to be competitive in the job market. |

| Brainware has initiated a unique 'Industry Interaction Programme (IIP)' to create a platform where students get the opportunity to interact with vastly experienced industry professionals and gain valuable inputs from them. |

| Another inimitable endeavour of Brainware is the 'Incubation Centre' for the DTP and Multimedia students. Through this programme, the students get an opportunity to interact with the multimedia & graphic designers of Brainware and learn on-the-job tips and tricks of the trade. |

| 'Internship Programme' is yet another facility extended to students by Brainware. The meritorious students are taken in as Project Interns at Brainware's Software / Web / Multimedia Division and provided 'On-the-job Training'. Post training, these students are either absorbed within the organization or placed suitably in the industry. |
